  8. Align Individual and Team Performance to support the Vision (principle based performance systems)

  9. Clarify Roles and Responsibilities to serve the Mission

  10. Focus on Measuring what counts to meet the Goals (you can measure anything: what are the key metrics?)

And these Human Performance Technologies:

  1. Understand the role and perspective of each employee using behavioral assessment tools that are based on predicting job performance not just understanding personality styles. (Suitability NOT simply Eligibility).

  2. Have all stakeholders get involved in learning how their roles fit into the bigger picture using enterprise mapping tools to view the organizational success factors.

  3. Track and measure the organizational success factors back to each employee and provide a dashboard metric tool that quickly shares enterprise performance data on a daily bases.
