    1. UNDERSTANDING: THE HARRISON ASSESSMENT
    The first is an assessment tool that fully illuminates the core of who we are so we can understand the what's and why's and how's of achieving excellence in our lives.  This tool was designed from the ground up to apply to our interactions in a business setting.  

    Taking an in-depth look at who we are, it has a predictive success rate of 85% in determining our success - matching who we are being to what we are doing.  This is about congruency and authenticity.  (Typically 65% of employees are in the wrong roles -- this is amazingly ineffective and inefficient, but not surprising.)   We use this understanding to match individuals to the roles and functions that businesses and organizations require to be successful.  85% means, the individuals we assess can be matched to the right roles 85% percent of the time. They and their manager now understand how they go about achieving goals and can leverage the right role with the right person.  Pricing includes the 30 minute online assessment and the feedback session to the individual.

    2. LEARNING: TEAM DEVELOPMENT 
    The second product is the team interactive workshop to bring clarity and focus to fruition for achieving organizational success.  This is not a required purchase that must follow-on to the HARRISON.  It is very powerful in illuminating the links between the HARRISON results and the business goals.  There are a series of workshops and facilitated weekly goals and measurements that can be purchased.  The format and duration depends on the business and organizational goals. These workshops and facilitated systems can be tailored to monthly or yearly programs but require an up front commitment to goal attainment.  It all depends on the existing level of clarity and focus the individuals in the business are exhibiting in terms of achieving overall organizational success.

    Pricing: Priced according to ROI measurement of 
    the goals to be achieved.  Investment must pay back
    within a designated time frame.  Hourly facilitation
    rate varies between $500 and $250 per hour. 
      

    3. UNDERSTANDING & LEARNING: HOMEWORK
    The third product is a best in class 90 day home study personal development course that distills the essential wisdom of breakthrough thinking into a daily practice.  Included in this systematic program are a DVD, several audio CD's, a workbook with daily exercises and a daily journal.  This is not a required purchase to achieve goals.  As a tool however, it has amazing results for bringing excellence into all aspects of our lives. 

    Pricing: $1495 per individual.
